POLICY

Shipping Details:

• Fragile Items: It's not allowed to Open/check the Shipment with the courier presence. Due to the Fragile nature of our products.

• Made-to-Order: Please note that all items are made to order and may take up to 3 weeks to ship. Tables, pendants, and large furniture may take even longer.

• ·       Order Tracking:

1-    You may receive an email from Blumold once your order is fulfilled, it means your order is ready to ship and it will be picked up by the shipping Company during the next few days.

2-     A Phone Message will be sent to you from the Shipping company immediately upon receiving the shipment from Blumold, and thus expect a call or message from the representative/courier the next day for easy delivery.·      

• ·       Order Changes & Cancellations: Therefore,To inform us of any changes to your order, delivery dates notes, or if you will be unavailable to receive the package, must be done before or after Blumold Fulfillment Email and before the picked-up Message. please contact us via Instagram message or email (blumold1@gmail.com).

3-    The courier will attempt to deliver your order three times before automatically canceling it. Please ensure you are reachable and available to receive the package within these attempts. Any postponements, address changes, or missed deliveries will count as an attempt.

- The shipping company can only holds the package for 10 days then it will be returned to Blumold. 

• ·      Shipping fees will be calculated depends on order weight after submitting your order

·       Payments Details:

• ·       We currently accept cash payments: will be collected by shipping company upon delivery.
• ·       or Instapay upon your order confirmation before order fulfillment.

Return/Exchange Details:

•     Since Our Concrete Products are made to order therefore We currently offer a 48-hour return window for our made-to-order concrete products. No exchanges are available. 
•      Returns must be received at our workshop address: [Address will be sent to you] 
  
•        To start a return, you can contact us at blumold1@gmail.com or through Our Instagram page messages @blumold.eg.
•        "To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, undamaged, and unused condition with all tags and original Blumold packaging." 
•     If your return is accepted,, We will send you instructions on where to send your package.
• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Ensure safe packaging.

 

• Discounted Items: are not eligible for a return,

•           Exchanges: "Due to our made-to-order products, exchanges are not available. Please submit a new order if you need a different item."

•           Damages and issues process:
• Inspect your order upon reception (same day).
• If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately on the day of delivery via [Blumold1@gmail.com] or Instagram message (@blumold.eg).
• We will evaluate the issue and provide the best solution for you.
• If your return is approved, we will send instructions for returning the package to our workshop address (provided upon approval).

تفاصيل الشحن:

العناصر الهشة: لا يُسمح بفتح/فحص الشحنة بحضور شركة الشحن. نظرًا للطبيعة الهشة لمنتجاتنا.

مُصنَّع حسب الطلب: يُرجى ملاحظة أن جميع العناصر مصنوعة حسب الطلب وقد يستغرق شحنها ما يصل إلى 3 أسابيع. وقد تستغرق الطاولات والمعلقات والأثاث الكبير وقتًا أطول.
· تتبع الطلب:
1- ستتلقى بريدًا إلكترونيًا من Blumold بمجرد تنفيذ طلبك، وهذا يعني أن طلبك جاهز للشحن وسيتم استلامه من قبل شركة الشحن خلال الأيام القليلة القادمة.

2- سيتم إرسال رسالة هاتفية إليك من شركة الشحن فور استلام الشحنة من Blumold، وبالتالي توقع مكالمة أو رسالة من الممثل/البريد السريع في اليوم التالي لتسهيل التسليم.· 

· تغييرات الطلبات وإلغائها: لذلك، لإبلاغنا بأي تغييرات في طلبك أو ملاحظات تواريخ التسليم أو إذا لم تكن متاحًا لتلقي الطرد، يرجى الاتصال بنا عبر رسالة Instagram أو البريد الإلكتروني (blumold1@gmail.com) قبل موعد الاستلام المقرر.
3- سيحاول الناقل توصيل طلبك ثلاث مرات قبل إلغائه تلقائيًا. يرجى التأكد من إمكانية الوصول إليك وتوافرك لتلقي الطرد خلال هذه المحاولات. أي تأجيلات أو تغييرات في العنوان أو عمليات تسليم فائتة ستُحسب كمحاولة.

· سيتم حساب رسوم الشحن بناءً على وزن الطلب بعد تقديم طلبك
· تفاصيل الدفع:

· نحن نقبل حاليًا الدفع النقدي: سيتم تحصيله من قبل شركة الشحن عند التسليم.
· أو Instapay عند تأكيد طلبك قبل إتمام الطلب.

تفاصيل الإرجاع/الاستبدال:

· نظرًا لأن منتجاتنا الخرسانية مصنوعة حسب الطلب، فإننا نقدم حاليًا فترة إرجاع مدتها 48 ساعة لمنتجاتنا الخرسانية المصنوعة حسب الطلب. لا تتوفر عمليات استبدال.

· يجب استلام المرتجعات في عنوان ورشة العمل الخاصة بنا: [سيتم إرسال العنوان إليك]
